Schedule about 30-45 minutes for yourself to chat with me. Discovery Call’s themselves typically range from 15-30 minutes in length, but most people like to debrief with their journals to ensure they’ve captured every insight and action item.

FAQ’s for Coaching Packages

Is the coaching package refundable?
I trust you’ll make wise and thoughtful decisions for your time and wallet. That said, I understand things happen so within the first 30 days of contract signing you can cancel to receive the amount for the remainder of your unused sessions.
Any sessions used plus a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your first month will be deducted from the refundable amount. In all my time coaching, no one has elected a refund – yes it is just that good.

Do you do in-person sessions for coaching clients?
Virtual sessions only via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. If we reside in the same city we can discuss occasional in-person meet ups.

What hours do you see clients?
In order to best serve my clients I offer Tuesday – Thursdays 10am-5pm MST.
This way we’re both fresh and you have the rest of the day to practice what we discuss!

How long are the coaching sessions?
I book 60 minutes with clients twice a month. Group coaching calls are totally optional and last 45 minutes each week.

What does a coaching session look like?
Typically a session begins with a catch up on the week and review any 'homework'. Then for the bulk of the session if anything’s pressing you we’ll tackle that or we’ll work on what I have intuitively planned. Each session we work towards your long term goals while bringing more ease into the short term. We’ll end with key takeaways and any 'homework' that would help you until our next session.

I hear you’re a Reiki Master, is Reiki included in this package?
Yes I am in 5 modalities (*brushes shoulders off*), and yes. Energy healing techniques are a staple in all my packages. Depending on your goals and specific needs the amount of energy healing used will vary. If at any point you feel like you need a healing we can do it during our session, or at a reduced rate you can book in for a one-off session at another time.
